CONTACT
You contact us through the form below and tell us what service/s you would like to hire and the number of photos you want us to work on.
If you want us to restore a photo, we will ask you to send us to info@valvanerastudio.com a photo that you can take with your mobile to get an idea of the degree of restoration it needs and its difficulty.
We will send you the budget for the service you request by email and in case of acceptance, we will send you the steps to pay for the work.

Reception of the photos
You select and prepare the photographs you want to digitize or restore.
If you live here in Bilbao or nearby, we can meet in person and you hand me the photos.
If you live in another province, a transport company (MRW is the one we work with) can come to your home to pick up the package on the agreed day and will be the one who will deliver it to us. You can also send us the package through the post office (making sure you have a tracking number). And we will return it to you in the same way.

Start up
We receive the material and we get to it. The working time will vary depending on the number of photos to be digitized and/or the degree of deterioration of the photographs to be restored.
Once the work is finished, we contact the client to notify them.

Photo gallery
Once we finish our work, we will give you and whoever you want access to a private online gallery where all the restored and digitized photographs will be posted in high resolution JPEG format to which the client will have access for 1 year (period extendable if the customer wants it).
Here, you can download, select your favorites and share them with your loved ones as many times as you want.
In addition to the gallery, we will create an exclusive slide for you with your photos that you can share on all your social networks.

Printing and albums
Through the gallery you will have access to an online store from where you can order the printing of your photographs and the creation of items such as calendars, canvases and even albums.
We also put at your disposal the album layout service, with different formats, number of sheets, type of albums, etc.
In this way, you can turn your memories into the ultimate gift.

Shipment
Once our work is finished, we proceed to return the original photographs that you had provided us.
Again in person if you are from here in Bilbao. Or through a delivery man who will deliver the package to your home.
